YOUR BALANCE MUST BE PAID AT THE END OF THE PARTY. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS INVOICE ONLINE! Your balance will be due at the end of the party or event plus gratuity, 20% of the total is recommended. This payment will not be refunded. If you pay this invoice online your payment will be returned to you automatically. Please have the credit/ debit card(s) used to make your deposit with a matching government-issued picture ID. You must have a matching card and ID to pay the balance, otherwise, we will not accept that card. Forms of payments accepted are cash, credit card, debit card, Afterpay, Paypal and Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy gift card only. NO CHECKS.
WAIVER: Prior to using Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy the host of the party must sign a waiver that will apply to all guests participating or not participating in our service(s) and activities. You can sign the waiver before the day of the party. Below is a link for the waiver:

By booking and/ or making the deposit on your party or event, you are agreeing to USE Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy AT YOUR OWN RISK. Whether you signed the liability waiver or not, by booking Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy you assume all risk and liability. The business, affiliates, owners, employees, third-party vendors, and independent contractors are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, accidents slip & falls, choking, allergies, property damage, missing child(ren), kidnapping, abuse, molestation, and/or death. YOU knowingly and freely assume all such risks both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees and/or others.
By booking Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy, you agree to adhere to this notice and assume all liabilities & responsibilities for yourself, your guest(s), minor(s)/ ward(s) including all participants and non-participants of our services. Non-participants are all persons who are in the property/ location that Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy is using to administer services. Our services are not performed by licensed cosmetologists, they are for entertainment purposes only.
Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy is not liable for any damages caused to any property we enter (house, event venue, park, inside or outside) to provide our services; including damages to floors, walls, structures, paint, furniture, artwork, decoration, collectibles, chandeliers, or any other that has not been listed here. By booking us you are waiving your rights to claims of property damage caused by accident or negligence associated with LPS Mobile Fairy staff, representatives, third parties, owners, independent contractors, and/or others.
IN THE EVENT OF A MISSING OR ABDUCTED CHILD(ren): For precautionary reasons Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy hereby informs you that we are not liable for any of the following scenarios: a child who has been wrongfully taken by a non-family perpetrator through the use of physical force, persuasion, or threat of bodily harm; A Runaway child, that voluntarily exits the venue/house/park or any location that Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy is using to administer your services. for any reason and cannot be found thereafter. A non-authorized member of the child’s family, or someone acting on behalf of a family member, takes or fails to return a child; OR for any unforeseen reason(s) not specified here. We recommend parents or adults hosting the party be aware of who is picking up each child attending. The parent(s) or adult(s) hosting the party are responsible for their kid- guests and their whereabouts NOT Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy staff.

Thank you for booking your princess’ birthday party with Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy Miami Dade- County. LPS Mobile Fairy is a private entertainment service for you to enjoy. Depending on the party package, if the number of kids exceeds a certain amount, an additional hour is required to be purchased for quality of service. The additional hour is $350. The additional hour MUST be booked when booking the party, you will NOT be able to book the additional hour after the party has already been booked due to scheduling conflicts. Little Princess Spa requires a 50% down payment to book the day and time you want; this is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE. The 50% balance you owe PLUS a recommended 20% gratuity charge will be due at the end of the party. Please make sure that the credit card you use for the deposit and balance due is under the name of the person that booked the party; we will check the picture ID and credit card on the day of the party. We do not change the day and time of the party unless of an EMERGENCY with a 72-hour written doctor’s notice. Once you booked a package you are not allowed to decrease the package, however, you may upgrade your package.
Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy staff will call you on Monday or Tuesday during the week of the party to confirm the number of kids. The number of kids CONFIRMED WILL BE THE NUMBER OF KIDS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR at the end of the party. The staff will prepare for the number of kids confirmed, so please do not exceed this number, (i.e. if more kids show up than the number of confirmed kids that was stated to us, we will NOT be able to provide services to those kids). The number of kids you confirmed over the phone that will be attending your party, is the number of kids you will be charged for even if they do not show up. Clients have until the latest Wednesday – for weekend parties – to give us the final number of children. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to call us during the weekend or on the day of the party to give us the head count of the guests. If unconfirmed guests show up for your party (ex: you confirmed 10 and 12 shows up) we hold the right to not provide any spa services to these guests, as time will not allow. We may change the party package, or reduce the number of services to accommodate everyone, this is up to the supervisor’s discretion. If some or many of your guests arrive late for the party, the spa services that are included in your package will be reduced/cut off. This means that your late guest will not get all the spa services included in your party package because time will not allow it. The supervisor will let you know which services your late guest will and will not get. If your party starts late (15 minutes or more) because either you arrived late, the birthday girl arrived late, the majority of your guest arrived late, or for any unforeseen reason not specified here, we hold the right to cut down on spa service or change your party package. If time is requested by you (customer), for the fairies to be part of something that is not in our party itinerary, we may cut off games or dancing from the end of our itinerary to make up the time (for example pinata, additional photoshoot, etc.). If you buy the LPS Champagne cups ADD-ONS the toast is done in the first 10-15 minutes from the time the party starts. Any guest(s) arriving after this time will not participate in the toast. Please be mindful that if you purchase our ADD ON for DRESS-UP a place must be provided for the kids to change clothes. Some of your guests may choose not to do some or all the spa services, or the pink runway show included in your party package. We try our best to encourage everyone to participate, nonetheless, if they still choose not to participate, we will respect their choice and not provide the services. If a child that is a confirmed guest DOES NOT want to receive any services or participate, you are still responsible to pay the full amount for that child. If the child decides later that they want the services to be provided, we will not be able to accommodate them. We also ask that customers do not form a line for services to be provided. We do not allow for any services to be re-done. Parties start at the time it was scheduled for and ends on time. Please be mindful that we follow a schedule; we have limited time for taking pictures. By paying your down payment you have agreed to the invoice agreement contract. TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS INVOICE; we recommend a 20% tip for the employees.
Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy is not responsible for any slip or fall accidents or any allergic reactions. Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy will not issue any refunds or change the day and time of the party or event. In the event of Force Majeure ONLY Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under SITE’S control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as ‘FORCE MAJEURE’). Notwithstanding the foregoing, SITE shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to USER in the event that USER is prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND; we will issue a credit of the deposit paid by you for you to use towards your next party/appointment/event; this only applies if force majeure occurs.
***GIFT CERTIFICATE ONLY***: Must be used at LPS Mobile Fairy ONLY. Cannot be used toward gift certificates or redeemed for cash. No REFUNDS on the gift card. Valid 1 year from purchase date. MUST CALL to book. If you use a gift certificate to make a down payment for a party, appointment, event, or anything that Little Princess Spa offers; the same agreement above applies.
** THIRD-PARTY VENDOR SERVICES **
WHICH INCLUDES: CHARACTERS, DJ, PHOTOGRAPHER, LIMO, FACE PAINTER, TABLE DECORATOR, BAKER, COTTON CANDY & POPCORN, KIDS PLAY ZONE, JUMP HOUSE, GAMING ZONE, AND OTHERS.
Purchasing VENDOR ADD-ONS requires additional confirmation from the vendor. When you book a service provided by a third-party vendor through our website, it does not guarantee that they will be available for the date and time of your party. Once we receive your order, the vendor is contacted. We call you to confirm if the vendor is available and to address any other details. In the case that the vendor is not available, the payment you made will be applied to the balance on your invoice.
DISCLAIMER: Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy will not be held accountable for any emergency that may occur and impact our third-party vendors. If there is an issue, we will remove the vendor charge from your invoice. Please be advised that the customer WILL NOT receive any additional reimbursement or discount to their invoice total and/or balance for a vendor that does not show up, is late, or any other unforeseen emergencies. By booking a vendor with Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy you understand that we will not be held accountable for any unforeseen emergencies, issues, and/or damages that third-party vendors may cause.

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Items in the boutique are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

LITTLE PRINCESS SPA MOBILE FAIRY PARTY AND EVENT SERVICES ARE NOT PERFORMED BY LICENSED COSMETOLOGISTS. ALL OUR SERVICES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
All Little Princess Spa’s hair combs are sanitized for every party/event. Please be advised that WE DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR SERVICES in cases where a child has lice.
I, authorize Racing Through Pink, Corp. dba Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy to charge my credit card on file for agreed-upon purchases. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account or any balance dues, if necessary. I agree that the credit card that I’m using to pay is my credit card and matches my government ID.
I agree that I still have a balance due for this party/ event which it will be paid at the end of my party/ event. If for any reason I fail to pay, I authorize Racing Through Pink, Corp. dba Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy to charge my final balance plus 20% gratuity of the total of the package to the same credit card or gift card on file that I provided Little Princess Spa to pay for the deposit of this party/ event. I agree not to dispute any down payment, charges, gratuity to my credit card, or gift card for the services that were redeemed or were not redeemed to me. By paying the down payment and/or balance in full I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions here within and the terms and conditions of this contract/waiver. I agree NOT to dispute any charges made to my credit card under this contract agreement. Once services have been provided to me and I have paid any and all outstanding balance, my credit card signature for the balance due serves as a confirmation that I was pleased with all the services provided to me and I agree not to dispute all, or any charges made to my credit card including any gratuity I willfully gave.
