- Each Ticket includes 1 child, 1 adult, and a $5 SnowBo voucher valid during the event.

If a child chooses not to participate in any or all services, no refunds or partial credits will be provided. The credit card used to purchase the tickets must match the purchaser’s name and be presented with a photo ID at check-in. Events start and end on time, and late arrivals may result in missed services without any refund or credit. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled for any reason, including no-shows or cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events as needed.
