We are specialized in providing enchanting party packages that turn ordinary occasions into extraordinary celebrations. Whether it’s a birthday, a play date, or a special event, we bring the magic to you.
3. How do I Book a Party?
- Online Booking (24/7):

- Choose your desired birthday party package and select your preferred date and time for the celebration.
- Select your preferred add-ons
- Click “Next” and add the package to your cart.
- Fill out the form and click “Next” and proceed to checkout.
- Confirm the informations and click “Place Order”.
- You will receive an email confirmation and your party will be all set!

Please note that to secure your chosen date and time, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost.
4. What form of payment do you accept?
You can use all major credit/debit cards for payment; we also accept Paypal and Afterpay.
5. What age does Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy cater to?
We cater to the enchanting world of young girls aged between 2 and 15 years old. We leave it to the discretion of parents and adults to assess their child’s maturity and readiness to receive our spa services.
6. What are the office phone hours of operation?
Our office hours are as follows:

7. Is there a refund in case we cancel a party in case of emergencies?
Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for parties cancelled.
Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy will not issue any refunds or change the day and time of the party, appointment or event. In the event of Force Majeure ONLY Little Princess Spa shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under SITE’S control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as ‘FORCE MAJEURE’). Notwithstanding the foregoing, SITE shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to USER in the event that USER is prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND; we will issue a credit of the deposit paid by you for you to use towards your next party/event; this only applies if force of majeure occurs.
8. Can parents participate in the party?
Yes, we set up inside your home, at a park, clubhouse or chosen venue, allowing parents to join in the fun and be an integral part of their little one’s special day.
9. Can we set up outdoors?
Yes, you have the option to set up your event outdoors, but please ensure that the area is covered to provide comfort and protection from the elements. If you don’t have access to a covered area, our tents are required for an extra charge to create a suitable outdoor space for your event. Other tents besides our are not accepted. We ONLY work with our tents.
10. What do we have to do to prepare for our mobile spa party?
Please prepare the designated area by clearing it and moving any furniture as needed to accommodate our beautiful 360 backdrop set up (optional). Please keep in mind that our team will not move any furniture for you and all furniture should be moved and the area cleared prior to your party set up time.
11. Does Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy have a waiver?
Yes, you can conveniently find this waiver on our website, and we encourage you to complete it and send it to your party guests so they can complete it prior to your party.

13. How early do you arrive to set up for my party?
Our team will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time to ensure a seamless setup.
14. How long is the take down time?
We’ll take approximately 30-45 minutes to leave everything sparkling and in order after your scheduled party package end time.
15. Do I pay for a last minute "no-show" guest?
Please note that you will be charged for the number of kids you confirm, regardless of whether someone is unable to attend on the day of the event. Your invoice will reflect the confirmed number you informed the party coordinator, and we appreciate your understanding that we cannot make exceptions in this regard.
16. What happens if my guests arrive late?
Please be aware that due to time constraints, certain spa services included in your package may need to be reduced or adjusted. Rest assured, our supervisor will communicate which specific services may be affected and which ones will still be available for latecomers.
17. Can I add additional services to my party package before my party?
If you’d like to make changes or add services to your party package before the event, we’re here to help!
Simply call us at 512-277-7465 PINK and speak to one of our managers to discuss your options. You can also explore our website’s fun “Add-Ons” page to see additional services available. If you find you need an extra hour for your event, please note that this should be booked on the same day you initially reserved your party time slot.
18. Does Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy offer Gift Cards?
Yes, whether it’s for their birthday, special occasion or just to show you care, our gift cards are a delightful way to spread joy, magic and self-care.
19. Are the spa services performed by estheticians/cosmetologists?
No, our magical spa services are for entertainment purposes only and are performed by our fairies and supervisors.
20. What sanitary precautions do you take for parties?
Your safety is our top priority, and we want to assure you that we take several sanitary precautions to ensure a clean and hygienic experience for your children at our magical mobile spa.
- Disposable applicators: We use disposable applicators for every child’s makeup, mini-facil, and mini-mani application. None of our makeup products come into direct contact with the skin. For instance, lipstick is applied using a disposable tool to maintain hygiene. Nail polish is used as normal.
- Individual combs: Each child is provided with their own comb for hairstyling, which is never reused. After each use, these combs go through a multi-step sanitization process, including being stored in barbicide to maintain their cleanliness.
- Lice Policy: To prevent the spread of lice, if a child is found to have lice, we will not provide any type of hair service. We will promptly communicate this to a responsible adult present and the host of the party.
- Mini Mani’s: We take extra care during mini mani’s by changing the water and sanitizing the bowls between every child.
21. What else should I know before my party at Little Princess Spa Mobile Fairy?
Here are some important details to keep in mind:
- Gratuity: a 20% tip, calculated based on your party’s total, will be automatically included for the fairies and supervisor.
- Invitation and Waivers: We’ll send you invitations for your event, which you can use to invite your guests. Additionally, waivers will be sent out before the party to steam-line the check-in process.
- Punctuality: We value your time, so please note that the party will begin and end as scheduled.
· Nail care: For the best manicure experience, we suggest having the girls’ nails polish-free and nails clipped if a mini-mani is part of your package or added as an add-on service. Please be aware that we do not provide gel or shellac nail polish removal or application.
