If you arrive more than 3 minutes late, your slot will be moved to the end of the line. While we aim to stay on schedule, a brief wait may occur even if you arrive on time. The first 1 hour and 15 minutes of the event consist of spa services and crafts, and the live character will appear during the last 45 minutes. If a child chooses not to participate in any or all services, no refunds or partial credits will be provided. The credit card used to purchase the tickets must match the purchaser’s name and be presented with a photo ID at check-in. Events start and end on time, and late arrivals may result in missed services without any refund or credit. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled for any reason, including no-shows or cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events as needed.
